5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500 — wagering required ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

Bonus funds are not cash — they can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the set period after a bonus is activated, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Using more than one bonus at the same time is not possible unless stated otherwise.
• joya9 cesino reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses or game the system will result in account closure.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members can advance to VIP levels based on their gaming activity. There are currently three levels — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.5%) and Gold (up to 0.8%). The weekly cashback is applied at the set rate on the net loss for that week.

8.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure, but active bonus balances will be cancelled.

8.2 Balance of a Suspended Account

If the investigation concludes that the account did not violate the Terms, the account will be reactivated. If a violation is proven, the balance may be forfeited.
